Puddle Labs ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the FitMeNow app.
1. Information We Collect
When you sign up or log in:
- Email address, name, nickname, profile picture
- Social login provider (Apple, Google, etc.) and the information they share
While using the service:
- Clothing images you upload for virtual try-on (transmitted to our processing partner FASHN LTD. solely to generate fitting results; not stored on our servers)
- Face images you upload as a reference (used solely to generate fitting results; input images are never stored on processing servers, and output images are automatically deleted within 72 hours)
- Fitting result images (stored only on your device, not uploaded to our servers), fitting history, and feedback
- Credit balance and transaction history
- In-app purchase records (transaction ID, product ID, credits purchased)
- Notification permission preference — whether you have allowed or denied in-app notifications (stored on-device only; no device token or notification data is transmitted to our servers)
Automatically collected:
- App usage patterns, crash logs, and device information (for service improvement and error analysis)
2. How We Use Your Information
- To identify users and manage accounts
- To provide the virtual fitting service and deliver results
- To process credit grants, deductions, and refunds
- To handle in-app payments and verify purchases
- To send on-device notifications when your fitting result is ready (only if you grant notification permission; all notifications are delivered locally on your device and no data is sent to external servers)
- To improve the service, analyze errors, and generate statistics
- To comply with legal obligations
3. Retention Period

7. Data Deletion
When data is no longer needed, it is permanently deleted using methods that prevent recovery.
