KikiPlayer Privacy Policy
Puddle Labs ("we," "us," or "our") provides KikiPlayer, an audio player for importing audio, adding bookmarks, repeating sections, and managing playlists. This policy explains what information is handled when you use KikiPlayer. KikiPlayer does not require an account or sign-in.
1. Information We Handle
Audio and app content
- Audio files you choose to import into the app
- Bookmarks, bookmark names, playlists, recent items, and the last opened track
- App preferences such as skip intervals, repeat mode, and language
This content is stored locally on your device. We do not upload your imported audio files, bookmarks, or playlists to Puddle Labs servers.
Analytics and diagnostics
- App interaction events, app version, device type, operating system information, general usage statistics, and pseudonymous app-instance identifiers
- Crash reports, performance information, and diagnostic details used to identify and fix errors
Information you submit
If you open the optional feedback form and submit a response, Tally processes the information you enter in that form. KikiPlayer does not automatically attach your imported audio, bookmarks, or playlists to a feedback submission.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide audio playback, bookmarking, section looping, and playlist features
- To restore your local library, recent items, and preferences
- To understand general feature usage and improve the app
- To diagnose crashes and improve reliability and performance
- To respond to support, privacy, and legal requests
3. Third-Party Services
KikiPlayer may use the following services:

4. Sharing, Sale, and Tracking
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your audio, bookmarks, or playlists for advertising, and we do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. Information may be processed by the service providers listed above only as needed to operate and improve KikiPlayer, or when required by law.
5. Retention and Deletion
Local audio, bookmarks, playlists, recent items, and preferences remain on your device until you delete them, uninstall KikiPlayer, erase the device, or otherwise remove them through Apple's device tools. Analytics and diagnostic information is retained according to Firebase settings and applicable law.
6. Your Choices
- You choose which audio files to import through Apple's file picker.
- You can delete imported tracks and related local data from the app.
- You can remove all local app data by uninstalling KikiPlayer.
- You can contact us with privacy questions or requests.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate for the information we handle. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
8. Children
KikiPlayer is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to KikiPlayer, our practices, or applicable law. The updated effective date will be shown on this page.
